time for a mooncake?

Not long ago we celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival in China . . . a day to gather with family and friends, eat mooncakes, and admire the beautiful full moon!  Although I must admit I went to bed early and forgot to check out the moon, I did enjoy a yummy mooncake that one of the teachers gave to all of the foreign students at LiGong University.  Now granted, not ALL mooncakes are created equal . . . but this one was good!  To learn more about Mid-Autumn Festival, go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midautumn_festival  Happy Mooncake Day!
